Add Golden Turmeric to any recipe or latte for a delicious flavor boost with anti-inflammatory and immune boosting benefits. Try in smoothies, coffee, oats, stir-fry, soup & more!
Our favorite way to use it is Golden Mylk:
Add 8 oz plant-based milk to a saucepan on stove top
Add 1 teaspoon of Golden Turmeric, and stir or whisk until combined
Heat to sipping temperature (not boil).
Optional: add sweetener if desired (we like date syrup, maple syrup or honey!)
