A: Your box will be featuring the brand/products shown on This Months Box page on our website. The products featured will change every other month and are all cruelty-free, chemical free, and sustainably sourced.

Q: After I order will I be able to cancel whenever I want?

A: You can cancel at anytime without any risk of penalty. To do so, You can log into your account to cancel or you may email the See New team at hello@seenewskincare.com to request to a cancellation.

Q: How do I create my account after ordering?

A: You will go to https://seenewskincare.com/account/register and be prompted to enter your name and the same email you used at the time of purchase and create a unique password.

Once created your email and the unique password will be used for all future logins:)

Q: Can I buy a set without subscribing?

A: We do offer select boxes for one-time purchase and you may buy yours on the Previous Boxes page on our website.

Q: If I don't like the products featured, can I skip my order?

A: You can skip any order or for any duration of your subscription at anytime. Just make sure to skip the order prior to your order being placed.

Q: When will my box ship?

A: Your order ships 1-2 business days after your order date.

Q: How does See New give back?

A: For every subscription ordered we donate a subscription to empower women at Dress for Success. This organization is dedicated to the empowerment of women both in the U.S. and internationally. We look to have an incredible impact with this incredible organization with you as we continue to grow!
