My Subscription

Can I Temporarily Suspend My Subscription?

You can suspend or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your account with the same email you entered at time of order!

Do I Have To Order My Skincare Box Every Month?

Our Bi-Monthly and Monthly orders will renew automatically.

Can I Cancel My Subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time prior to the date your card will be charged.

How Do I Reactivate My Subscription?

If you have previously modified your subscription. You can log into your account and choose to reactivate your subscription.

Payment & Account

Will I Pay Taxes On My Subscription?

Due to state regulation changing in many states in the U.S. we have to charge taxes in various states. These taxes will automatically be added during checkout to your order if you reside in one of these states.

When Will My Card Be Charged?

The card you used to pay for your original subscription will be charged the same day of your original purchase either monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. If you would like to pay with a different card please log into your account and choose to change the payment method.

How Do I Update My Billing/Delivery Information?

To change any of your information you can log into your account and choose to edit your information.

Products In My Box

What Should I Do If I Receive A Damaged Product In My Skincare Box?

If you receive a damaged product in your box send us a photo of the damaged product along with your order number. We will review your claim and get back to you within one business day.

See New cannot guarantee the replacement of any damaged products due to limited product stock.

I Am Allergic To Some Products What Should I Do?

We take allergic reactions seriously, regrettably we are in no position to guarantee that the products in The Skincare Box are free of certain substances or compounds. We strongly recommend you check the product ingredients before use, as any allergic reactions are unfortunately outside of our control.

What Products Will I Receive In My Skincare Box?

Subsequent to the shipment of products each month, we will announce the company along with a description of the products on Instagram. During the last week of the month we will publish the products along with a description of the products in the "Last Month's Products" tab.

What Can I Do If The Product Doesn't Work On My Skin?

We cannot control how products will react to your skin. All skincare products are meant to be used by all skin types and all genders! The products are industry tested to work, but this does not mean that they will work in all instances.

Shipping & Delivery

Can I Pay More For Shipping To Get My Skincare Box Sooner?

Choose expedited shipping and we will ensure to get your package out in one business day and have it arrive in no more than three business days.

Is There Anywhere You Do Not Ship?

We currently do not offer shipping options outside of the United States and Canada.

After I Order My Subscription When Will  It Ship?

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 4-6 business days.

Can I Exchange or Return My Subscription?

Once products are shipped we do not take returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products. If a product is damaged please email us at cnu.officialskin@gmail.com we will respond within one business day.
